Mechanical manufacturing

We manufacture tools, prototypes, single pieces and small or medium series. We are qualified to face the most demanding machining with the highest quality guarantees.
Some of our areas of work are:

• Machining of aluminium profiles for the industrial sector. In this field we are suppliers of a large number of manufacturers in the transport sector, both rail and road.

• Construction and mechanization of mechanized welded structures. We take care of the purchase of materials (laser, oxyfuel, structural profiling, ...), we do the welding, treatments (stabilized, ...), machining and final finishes (painting, ...). Among our customers are the main manufacturers of special machinery. To these clients we offer the construction of benches, plates, carts of movement, ... We can also manage the complete manufacture of the machine.

• Machining of parts with 3D geometries. We have CAD/CAM systems to be able to program any type of machining.
